41 lots will be selling on June 26, 2015 in an all virtual auction in East Peoria, Ill., beginning at 7:30 p.m. (CDT).

The Ohio Spring Classic Sale was held today at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Sidney, Ohio. JMS hosted the sale in conjunction with the Ohio Jersey Breeders Association. The sale average, on 70 lots of embryos, semen and cattle, was $2,521.80.
Thank you to the sale staff that helped put this sale together, the Ohio Jersey Breeders for their help at the fairgrounds, and the consignors, bidders and buyers of the Ohio Spring Classic Sale.
It’s sale day at the Ohio Spring Classic Sale, held at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Sidney, Ohio. Sale time is 11:00 a.m. (EDT) A great group of type, production, genomics, and cow families are all represented.

The sale consignments are relaxing in this nice weather, awaiting their preview TONIGHT during a picnic hosted by the Ohio Jersey Breeders Association. Come to the Shelby County Fairgrounds, Sidney, OH tonight, starting at 6:30 p.m. for fun, food, fellowship and to view the Ohio Spring Classic Sale cattle.

The Ohio Spring Classic Sale will be on Memorial Day, May 25, 2015. Join JMS and the Ohio Jersey Breeders Association the night before (6:30 p.m.) for fun, food, fellowship and cattle viewing at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Sidney, Ohio. Then come back the next morning (11:00 a.m.) for an action packed event! The sale will be streamed and available for LIVE bidding on Jersey Auction Live.
Pre-bidding on some lots is happening right now on JerseyBid.com, a JMS online sale host program. Bidding online closes at 10:00 a.m., with final bidding concluding during the live sale. Check out the embryos, semen, bred heifers and NEWLY ADDED – Hand Painted Flower Pots! Ladies – Get in early!
The flower pots will be decorating the ring on Monday, as in the past. Hand painted by Randi Dibert, an active former Junior member herself, all proceeds go to the Ohio Junior Jersey Breeders Association. Bid online now, and LIVE bidding will start (after the cow sale) where the last bid online left off at 10:00 a.m. that morning. Fear not – You don’t have to be in attendance at the fairgrounds to bid!
