The heifers are getting clipped up and ready for Saturday’s New York Next Generation Sale at the Steuben County Fairgrounds in Bath, N.Y.

The New York Jersey Breeders who are here helping to care for the cattle are posting videos of the tie-up cattle on their Facebook page! Check them out! JMS will also be sharing them from their Facebook page. Follow the blog for updates and information from the sale.

Online Lots will be available for bidding beginning April 25. All online lots carrying bids will be offered for final bidding on the live auction on Saturday, April 30. Any lot without a bid at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning will not carry over into the live sale and will be "no-sale" lots.

A portion of the sale animals are in individual and group lots with bidding beginning on JerseyBid.com. All lots who have met at least their minimum bids by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning will move to the live sale for final bidding.

New York’s Next Generation Sale is gearing up to be a good one! Tie-up sale cattle will be arriving in Bath, N.Y. and online cattle open for bidding. Pictures and videos will be available later this week.

Check out a range of group and individuals who are available online for bidding prior to Saturday’s live sale. Bidding online will be open after 9:00 a.m. (EDT) today on www.jerseybid.com, and will remain open until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. All lots with bids will then carry over to the LIVE New York Next Generation Sale.

The catalog for the New York Next Generation Jersey Sale is now available online. A group of great consignments will be available in live and online formats.

JerseyBidThe first part of the sale will feature 20 + lots in an online sale, hosted by JerseyBid.com. These lots feature group and individual lots, type, bred heifers and more! All online lots can be bid on, starting on April 25. All lots meeting at least their minimum bid will move to the LIVE sale on April 30.

The live sale will feature about 45 consignments being housed and available for viewing at the Steuben County Fairgrounds, Bath, N.Y. They, along with all online lots meeting their bid requirements, will begin selling at 11:00 a.m. on April 30 at the fairgrounds.
