Western National Sale Summary
The Western National Sale followed a nice Western National Futurity Class on September 6, 2013. A total of 28 lots, including a donation heifer, two choices, and 25 live head, sold for an average of $1,772.32.
Jersey Auction Live bidders played a significant part in the auction with 11 lots selling to six different online buyers and eight lots holding the contending bid online. Animals will be traveling to states such as IA, WI, KS, CO, WA, OR, ID, and CA.
High Selling Lot was Lot 28 – First Choice Female sired by Lester Sambo and out of Ratliff F Prize Kansas-ET
John Kisst, CA purchased the Choice of 3 Heifers for $4200 and she was consigned by Ron and Christy Ratliff, KS
Lot 12 – DP Marvel Hester 1596-ET was consigned to the sale by Desert Park, OR and was bought in the sale by Sexing Technologies for $3600
The third Top Selling individual was Lot 3 – Royalty Ridge Comerica Josie was sold to Aaron Lancaster,WA from Ryan Lancaster, OR for $3500.
